Bill is currently the principal of K-12 of the Muncy School District..  He has 29 years of service in public education and has been with the Muncy School District since 1985. He received his BS in Education from the Pennsylvania State University, University Park, PA. and an MS in Educational Administration from Bucknell University, Lewisburg, Pa.  He received Honors and Activities of Pennsylvania Department of Ed-Principal’s Academy on Instructional Leadership. His activities include Mid-Penn Football Conference Past President, National Association of Secondary School Principals member, Muncy High School Class of 2000 Yearbook dedication, Lycoming County Safe Schools Task Force, Pennsylvania Governor’s Highway Safety Award for Anti-Drug & Alcohol Education Programs, Pennsylvania Department of Education Student Assistance program training, Mid-Penn Athletic Conference past President, National Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development member,  Mid-Penn Football Conference West Branch Past Commissioner and Kiwanis Club past Secretary,  Leadership Lycoming Graduate Class of 2001, Curriculum Chairperson Youth Leadership Lycoming, Lycoming County United Way Executive On Loan Class 2005, and Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools Team Chairperson.
