Resource and Referral

• Source of information on all regulated child care providers in Lycoming and Clinton Counties.
• Available resource information that can assist all families in choosing the best legal child care for their children.
• Help families to receive all of the services for which they are eligible, and to help all families access all needed resources in a community.
• Resource and Referral Services are available to anyone at any time.  You do not need to be subsidy eligible client to receive assistance.

Subsidized Child Day Care Program

• Offers subsidized child care for eligible families in Lycoming and Clinton Counties.
• Eligibility is based on family size and income.  You must be a resident of Lycoming or Clinton Counties and be employed 25 hours a week or a minor parent still in High School.
